Pre-orders: Your order will ship within 8 weeks of the launch date. You'll receive an email update as your ship date approaches.

In-stock orders: Processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

- US Standard: 5–8 business days

- US Expedited: 2–3 business days

- International: 10–21 business days (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We want you to love your product. If for any reason you're not

satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, no lengthy

explanations needed.

To start a return, email us at hello@heryearco.com with your order

number and we'll walk you through the next steps. Items must be

returned in their original condition to receive a full refund.

A few things to note:

- Digital products are non-refundable once delivered

- Damaged or defective orders? Email us a photo within 7 days

and we will make it right immediately

- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
